UL-Tech Electronics (ULTE)’s foundation is built on the track record of an 18-year old company which the United Legacy Group acquired in November 2006. The acquisition included the 2-storey 158,800 sq ft factory, operating assets, more than a thousand employees, its existing client base and most importantly, the excellent management expertise. The acquisition marks a significant milestone for the Group as it positions ULTE as a Vertically Integrated Manufacturing solutions provider with a proven track record of more than 18 years.

ULTE has internal Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS/CEM) capabilities including PCBAs and Final Assemblies of electrical and electronics, consumer and industrial products. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Williams Precision Technology Sdn Bhd specializes in the precision engineering and machining of metal parts and components. While it’s other subsidiary, Trigoplass (M) Sdn Bhd manufactures plastics parts and components for varied products from diverse industries.

And as ULTE practices Project Management, clients need only liaise with one person to enjoy the full spectrum of services and the extended pool of resources. There is also the advantage of a consistent standard of QA maintained through the production process and not forgetting the additional cost savings.
